Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.1 · Updated October 9, 2026. This policy covers inputs, generation requests, videos and hosted material, alongside our Terms.

Prohibited content

Do not bypass safety checks, exploit others’ sessions, submit malicious files, mass-harvest outputs or use the service unlawfully.

Moderation & availability

Generation checks file types and sizes and requires consent; these are not content-safety scans. KIE may decline requests through its own review. We do not currently run a separate automated scan of every input and finished output, or claim that provider review fulfills that role.

The current workflow generates new fictional scenes from two authorized adult portraits and a written prompt, without source-video face or character replacement. An accepted 14-second, 480p sample has been tested with fictional portraits. No independent automated content-review service is configured; provider checks and our manual reporting and enforcement channels apply. There is no public gallery of user works.

Report content & appeal a decision

Email 539965687@qq.com with the subject “Content report”. Identify concerning material by page/video URL or task ID and explain the suspected violation. Rights holders can identify the original work or trademark and their authority to report. Do not resend illegal imagery. The operator reviews reports and may request information needed to verify a claim.

If a removal or restriction seems mistaken, use the same email with the subject “Content appeal”, identify the decision and explain why. We respond to reports and appeals within 30 calendar days, or sooner where law requires; urgent reports about child safety or credible imminent harm are prioritized. This is a manual review channel.

Violation handling & termination

We can disable generation, reject requests and remove site-hosted files. Material violations may lead to access restrictions. We may preserve relevant records or respond to lawful authority requests. Test credits are not paid balances; paid-credit enforcement terms will be disclosed before real sales.

Depending on severity and recurrence, actions may include a warning, rejected generation, removal of stored outputs, suspension or termination of access. We explain decisions where lawful and safe, allow appeals, and may report legally reportable material to the appropriate authorities. No policy grants permission to generate prohibited content.
